Anytime Tea flavor - light, refreshing, and floral.
Using a tea steeper let 1 teaspoon of mixture steep in 6-8 ounces of boiled water for 10 minutes. Add some locally sourced honey to help manage cough associated with seasonal allergies or common cold. Enjoy up to three cups daily.
